Are your products dermatologically tested?
Both the lip balm and the multi-purpose balm are dermatologically tested.
Are the products organic? Yes, our cosmetics are certified organic and natural by ACENE.
Are the products vegan? Some of our products are certified vegan by ACENE, although we may use beeswax in some of them, such as our lip balm. You can find all the ingredients in each product.
I have skin problems. Is it safe to use your multifunctional balm? Our multifunctional balm is designed for the most sensitive and problematic skin and is dermatologically tested. Many customers with conditions like atopic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, and so on report improvement and even healing, but each skin type is unique, so we can't guarantee results. If you try it and it doesn't work for you, write to us and we'll talk. And if it works for you, we'd love to read about it too!
Is it normal for the multipurpose balm to change texture? Yes, it does. Because it contains a high percentage of shea butter, which liquefies at 40°C, the balm can become much more liquid and even "grainy." However, its properties remain intact. If you prefer a firmer texture, you can store it in the refrigerator.
Is the lip balm suitable for celiacs? Yes, the lip balm is suitable for celiacs. We have certified the raw materials as gluten-free, although you won't find it on the label because there is currently no gluten-free seal for cosmetics.
How do you place orders? We use a courier company that typically takes 48-72 hours from the date we confirm your order in Spain. It takes 6-10 days within the EU. You can see all the conditions in our shipping policy .
Can I return the product?
If the product arrives in poor condition, you can return it. For details, see our return policy .
Are your products made in Spain? Yes, our products are made in Spain following the philosophy of local products and zero waste. We always consider caring for the planet in our decisions.
